Renewal by Andersen of Central Pennsylvania Ranks Among the State’s Best Places to Work!

Earlier this month at the Lancaster County Convention Center, close to 1,000 people representing different companies from all across Pennsylvania came together for the annual “Best Places to Work in PA” awards dinner. A total of 100 businesses were recognized – 74 small to medium-sized and 26 large-sized. Near the top of the list for the small to-medium-sized businesses, was Renewal by Andersen of Central PA at spot #14!

It’s an honor to not only be ranked among so many prestigious and well-established businesses, but to also be listed within the top 15!

In a single year, Renewal by Andersen of Central PA significantly rose 18 spots and is the only window and door company to have earned a place among the 100 best places to work. Having made the list for the past three years, the 2015 ranking is our best to date.

Here’s how the rankings are determined. The Best Places to Work in PA is divided into two groups totaling 100 different businesses. Seventy-four small to medium-sized businesses, defined by 25-250 employees, and 26 large-sized businesses, defined by over 250 employees are ranked based upon a survey of employers and employees. Using a formula similar to Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America,” the Best Companies Group compiles the results and each candidate is given an overall score.

“It’s truly an honor to be ranked not only among the 100 best places to work in Pennsylvania, but to have made it to the top 15 companies on the list,” said Joe Zisman, President of Renewal by Andersen of Central PA. “Just as important as serving our customers, we also strive to create a business that provides fulfilling careers for our employees and this ranking shows we are on the right track.”

Renewal by Andersen of Central PA is more than just the most recognized window and door brand in the United States, we are a company built upon the Andersen tradition of over 100 years of quality, innovation and craftsmanship. While this philosophy certainly flows through to our customer service, it most importantly begins with the way we build a family of employees who encourage one another and share a passion for helping local people improve the place they call home.

We are almost always looking for qualified and talented individuals to join our team. Learn more here.
