Splurge vs. Save: Spruce up Your Home This Fall

Now is the final push for many home improvement projects. If your replacement windows are shining light on unsightly stains on the sofa, invest in an inexpensive couch cover in a neutral color and add colorful throw pillows.

Why does it always seem like all the lightbulbs in a room go out at the same time?
