About Renewal by Andersen’s Green Diamond Award

This award reflects exemplary customer satisfaction. It is presented to local affiliates that receive the highest scores on the company’s Homeowner Satisfaction Surveys conducted during the previous year. To be given this special recognition, the affiliate must meet or exceed certain criteria.
A local affiliate is awarded the Green Diamond Service Award if it is able to accrue satisfactory responses from homeowners after having their replacement windows installed. In particular, it must have met or exceed a minimum customer rating of 95 in response to this question: “How likely would you be to recommend Renewal by Andersen to a friend or neighbor?”
