Rhonda is a really a fantastic person to work with. I had some questions about my loan this evening and emailed her. Within no time, she called me to answer my question. She also said, "Just call me anytime at all." What company ever says that? She goes above and beyond.

Our agent Rhonda was very helpful and thorough explaining everything in detail we were very comfortable with everything Rhonda was showing us we learned about the company’s history and how the installers are trained. We watched a video and the entire process was easy we never felt like we were being pushed into anything, at the end of our walk through we knew we wanted to purchase all 13 new windows for our house. We were also comfortable with the price so we accepted the quote for new windows. Another reason was the fact all the windows potentially could be installed in one day when they are going to install them.The windows are custom made for our window openings and they will definitely make our house much nicer. In the end we are excited about upgrading our windows in our new home.
