About Me

My name is Shane Strayer and I am proud to be a part of the RBA family. My greatest joys in life include my wife, two daughters, and serving others. I was an independent contractor for 6 years before joining RBA. Home renovations and remodeling was the central focus of my business. I have a sincere passion for bringing a customer’s vision of their home improvements to fruition to ensure their total satisfaction. As a design consultant, I am devoted to listening to the customers needs and putting them first. I thoroughly enjoy the process of giving my customers top quality products, service, and peace of mind. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the end results and happy customers! I enjoy spending time with my family, playing drums at my church, and fixing things around the house. As a family man, I value doing everything possible to make a home the best and most comfortable place to be. I look forward to partnering with you in the future improvements within your home!
